He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Buckley-Battaglia; his brother David Battaglia; his sons, Joe Battaglia (Alison) and Nick Battaglia (Erika); and his stepchildren, Brianna and Ryan Buckley. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
