It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Fleming (Portland, Oregon), born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on September 22, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe and Norma; and his siblings, Joe, Jim (Martha), Ron (Peggy) and Kate Wurtz.
He is survived by: his spouse Marilyn Frances Mack; his daughters, Maria Cannon-Fleming (John Kelly) and Andree Cannon-Fleming (Luke); his grandchildren, Coeli Fleming-Kelly and Ellis Cannon-Fleming; his siblings, Sharlene Lamberty, Jerry and Michael; his siblings-in-law, Thea, Rick Lamberty, Loretta, Jerry Wurtz and Ginger; his cousins, Don Colebourn and Lassie Colebourn; and his friends, Toni Bechtold, Jo Bechtold, Bill Langenes and Marie Langenes.
He spent several years creating art at MIM Alzheimer's Association weekly program, and later Mondays at the Portland Art Museum with the docents who not only brought art history to life but guided him in discovering his own talents.
