We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2018, at the age of 84, Peter Talbot Pope (Portland, Oregon), born in San Francisco, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, George A. Pope Jr. and Harriet Brownell Barnett; his children, Maria MacGregor Pope, Emily Pope Taylor, Molly MacGregor Pope and Peter Talbot Pope Jr.; and his grandchildren, Grace Beatty, Molly Taylor, Madeline Taylor, Josephine Metcalf, Edwin Metcalf, Henry Pope and William Pope.
In lieu of flowers and with gratitude, donations may be made to Hoyt Arboretum, the scholarship fund at Choate Rosemary Hall or a charity of your choice.
