It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Courtenay Russell (Portland, Oregon), born in Monroe, Maine, who passed away on December 18, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmet Russell and Amy Dyer Russell; his former wife Betty Russell; and his son Ted. He is survived by: his daughter Jane Douglas of Camarillo; his sister Eunice Schatz of Boston; and his wife Leigh Hamilton Russell.
At his request there will be no funeral, in memory of Phil a donation to Hospice or a Cancer Society would be appropriate.
