It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Jean Niiya (Portland, Oregon), who passed away on November 29, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sons, Brent Morris and Clark Morris; her grandson Bryan Morris; and her brother Teddy Moore. She is survived by: her husband Vic Niiya; her daughters, Debbie Davis (Clark), Nita Roessel (Mike) and Tami Parks (Mike); and her grandchildren, Eric, Sarah, Rachel, Jason, Benjamin, Hannah and Hailey. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
