He is survived by: his wife Martha; his children, Lisa Gruntorad (Kevin), Laura and Robert Schindlbeck (Kaia) of Portland, OR.; his grandchildren, Jordan Flynn (Daniel) of Lincoln, Klayton Gruntorad of Lincoln, Nikolas Gruntorad of Lincoln, Kobe Converse of Lincoln, Zackary Converse of Lincoln, Ryder Hunkins of Lincoln and Lucy Schindlbeck of Portland, OR.; his great grandchild Brynlee Flynn of Lincoln; and his siblings, Sheryl Simenson of Joliet, IL, Kim Smith (Vince) of Sandwich, IL and Kevin Noble (Toni) of Plainfield, IL.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
