He is survived by: his parents, Bobby Toney and Lois Toney; his children, Nick Toney (Virginia), Crystal Newman of Puyallup, WA, Samanta Jones (Oregon City) and Jennifer Premo of Battle Ground, WA; and his brothers, Bruce, Steve of Culver and Mike of Wilsonville. He is also survived by the grandchildren he had by his wonderful kids, as well as all the nieces and great nieces, nephews, and great nephews.
