It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen D. Scheer of Portland, Oregon, who passed away on May 20, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Donovan Scheer. He is survived by : his mother Kathleen Scheer; his sisters, Clarice Lee and Lynne McEachern; his brothers-in-law, Gary Lee and Kevin McEachern; his nieces and nephews, Andrew McEachern, Meagan McEachern, Julia Lee and Robert Lee; and his nephew-in-law Youssef Hamzaoui. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
