He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard and Elabel. He is survived by: his daughters, Kerri Fry and Nikki Adcock; his grandchildren, Kaitlen Coppock and Tucker Fry; and his brothers, Steve and Rick. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
