Thomas Kraemer Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Kraemer (Portland, Oregon), who passed away on January 28, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his child Ascension; his spouse Evonn Clark; and his children, Steve, Terri and Clara Hughes. He was also cherished by four grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Tom begin exhibiting symptoms of Alzheimer's disease about four years ago which progressively worsened, eventually requiring his children to move him from his home in Casa Grande to a care facility in Milwaukie so they could visit him often.
