He is survived by: his wife Sharon Turner; his daughter Sandra Kay Faison (Thomas); his grandchildren, Tauretta McCray of Savannah, Georgia, Tamika Campbell (Jerell) and Gary Roper, Jr. (Jenny); his great grandchildren, DeMarques Singleton, Jr., Kimara Matthews, KyJana Jordan, Samarie Roper, Kajsa Spain and Nathaniel Nelson; and his godchildren, Barbara, Stanley Walton, Rev. Sam, Corliss King and Nyasha Hopson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
