It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilbert Denarvel Willingham (Portland, Oregon), who passed away on May 21, 2025, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Wilbert Denarvel LyDay (Herkey); his grandparents, Faye Evelyn LyDay, Wille and Ruby Willingham; his great-grandparent Inez Walker; his aunts, Debra LyDay (Debbie) and Christine Willingham; his uncle Albert Willingham; and his cousin Christopher Willingham.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Willingham; his sons, Denarvel Willingham, Deontae Armstrong and Jalango Hicks; his daughter-in-law Ayanna Armstrong; his grandchildren, Annaya, Janae and Deontae Jr.; his sister Ciarra Neal; and also Mildred Willingham.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mt. Scott Funeral Home (4205 SE 59th Ave, Portland, OR 97206). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
