He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Wiley and Dora Bell Phillips (Daniels); his children, Stephen W. Phillips (Donna) of Medford, OR, Gregory L. Phillips of Portland, OR, Deborah A. Koland (Thomas) of Ashland, OR and Karen I. Davis (Mark) of Portland, OR; his wife Irene; and his grandson Kevin Wiley Phillips. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
