It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Powers (Portland, Oregon), who passed away on November 30, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Powers and Willetta Powers; and his sister Betty Lynn Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Joan Mary Branagan; his sister Pat Sawyer; his children, Jim Powers, Margie Simenstad (Chris), Molly Powers (Ryan Hendricks) and Joe Powers; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Elsa, Alice and Brady.
