It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winifred Mae Hallmark (Portland, Oregon), born in Monticello, Iowa, who passed away on November 9, 2018, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Raymond Kaylor Slauson and Christie Starks Slauson; her husband Lewis Hallmark; and her children, Bill Hallmark (Elaine) and Anne Hallmark Newbegin (Ed). She is also survived by six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
