He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John David and Dora Viola Poling (Fricke); his spouse Nelda Gan; his children, Regina Bishop (Ray) of Prineville and John Poling (Melinda) of Prineville; his brother Gerald Poling of Redmond; his daughter Janean; and his grandsons, Nick and Christopher. He was also cherished by 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
