With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alice Fern Belloir of Roseburg, Oregon, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 21, 2025 at the age of 90. Though Alice may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Alice touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Viewing was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wilson's Chapel of the Roses (965 W Harvard Ave, Roseburg, OR 97471). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St Paul Lutheran Church (750 W Keady Ct, Roseburg, OR 97471). A graveside service was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Oak Creek Cemetery (2650 Singleton Rd, Roseburg, OR 97470).
