She was predeceased by : her parents, Frederick Carnes and Amelia Carnes (Olson); her son Shan Hartley; her siblings, Erling Carnes and Gloria Johnson; her stepson Russell Frazier; and her parents-in-law, Bessie and Raymond Frazier.
She is survived by : her husband Billy Frazier; her children, Ronda Kelly of Roseburg, Shemi Fleig (Mike) of New Castle, Colorado, Troy Hartley of Roseburg, Reed Hartley (Laura) of Roseburg and Gayla Whitehead (Mike) of Roseburg; and her stepchildren, Randy Frazier of Riddle, Richard Frazier of Riddle, Rita Peck of Myrtle Creek and Vicki Frazier of Bandon. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grand children and great-great grandchildren.
