It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Neely (Roseburg, Oregon), who passed away on October 7, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward G. Neely and Olive G. Neely (Cole); his brother Dennis Neely; and his son Cody Neely. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Neely of North Bend; his children, Lane Neely of Coos Bay and Heather Neely of Eagle Point; his stepchildren, Michael Garcia of North Bend and Michelle Briones of North Bend; his brother Robert Neely of North Bend; and his grandchildren, Logan, Parker, Gavin, Brody and Ethan.
