With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Harlan Leroy Koens of Roseburg, Oregon, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 16, 2025 at the age of 78. He was predeceased by: his wife Lynnette Joan Koens; and his brothers, Johnny and Gerald. He is survived by: his sons, Todd (Kristin), Chad (Cathy) and Wade (Sarah); his grandchildren, Ashley, Naomi, Jarret, Ally, Camryn, Kelsey and Andrew; his siblings, Marvin and Dorothy; and his pet Joni. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
