He is survived by: his spouse Audene Marie Kline; his son John D. Wingard Jr.; his wife Anita Fenichel of Sebastopol, CA; his daughters, Deborah A. Decker (Keith) of Knox, Cynthia J. Cass of Buke, VA and Ruth I. Griebel (Bernard Jr); his siblings, Herbert Wingard (Bertel) of Lafayette, Eunice Slye of Oil City, Fern Reese of Brookville and Ida Edgar of O'Fallon, MO; his sister-in-law Betty Lou Wingard of Roseburg, OR; and his stepchildren, Brenda Lee Bates (John) of Waynesville, MO, Thomas Bish (Missi) of Davenport, FL, Patrick Bish and Wife Shanwna of Knox.
