He was predeceased by: his wife Erma Hein; his parents, Pete and Flossie; his siblings, Pauline, Anna May, Norma, Geraldine and Bill; his stepdaughters, Bridget Way and Tamera Way; and his grandson Jeffery Peterson.
He is survived by: his friend Ralph Bebeau; his former wife Carol Henry; his son Curtis (Gina); his siblings, Bob (Janice), Jim (Eileen) and Betty Johnson; his sister-in-law Jill Talburt; his stepchildren, Deanna Goodman, Sharla Smith (Gordon), Juleva Peterson (Randy), Pam Wiley and Ron Hein (Caryn); and his close friend Mary Eckard. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.
