“In loving memory of Kipp Delwyn Osborn, who was my cousin. He holds a special place in the Ramsey Family, as his mom was my mom's sister. Didn't get to know him very well till I was over 13. I do know that he loved to be out in nature, and loved his State of Oregon. A Wonderful man who loved his family and his wife and children, even his grandchildren. He is at peace now, no longer in pain. He will be missed by many. I'll see you again one day blessed cousin.”
