She is survived by: her husband Duane Smith of North Bend, OR; and her children, Sue Stolley (Darryl) of Naples, ID, Dan Smith (Marcelle) of Sandy, OR, Cathy Seminary (Joe) of Salem, OR, Brian Smith (Brenda) of Long Beach, CA and Laurie Smith of Myrtle Creek, OR. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.
