He is survived by: his wife Norma; his sister Neva; his children, Sam II (Janet) and Gina (David); his grandchildren, Alisa (Will), Ashlee (Ian), Allie, Alexis, Erica, Grayce, Holly and Ben; and his sibling's children, Patrick (Marianna) and Valorie. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, and many friends.
