She was predeceased by : her parents, Don Koch and Wanda Koch of Roseburg. She is survived by : her husband Richard Booze; her children, Mike Booze of Roseburg and Mandy Rios (Richard) of Lakeside, Oregon.; her granddaughters, Autumn, Marissa, Sarah and Paisley; and her great grandchild Willow.
The family asks that no donations be made.
