It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Decker (Roseburg, Oregon), born in Bellingham, Washington, who passed away on January 14, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leroy Decker and Vida Decker; his former wife Wanda Bullion; his wife Louise; his brother Robert; his sister-in-law Donna Decker; his daughters, Cynthia Alsum (John) of Lynden, WA and Mary Kathleen "Kathy" Foster (Robert) of Casper, WY; his grandchildren, Jess Alsum (Jackie) of Lynden, Jacob Alsum (Chelsea) of Sumas, James Alsum (Hazel) of Bristol, UK and Brittney Alsum of Lynden; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Tyler, Owen, Judah, Skylar, Thaddaeus, Kira and Zacchaeus; his nieces, Roxanne Decker of San Francisco, CA and Deanna Decker of San Francisco, CA; and his nephew John Decker of Redding, CA. He was also cherished by many extended family and friends.
