Adrian George O'Farrell Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Adrian George O'Farrell (Saint Helens, Oregon), who passed away on June 9, 2019 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph O'Farrell and Frances O'Farrell; and his sister Catherine Barnett. He is survived by: his wife Valerie; and his children, Ryan O'Farrell (Jolie), Nancy O'Farrell (Fred), Forrest O'Farrell, Vern Simson and Jaime Simson. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
