She was predeceased by : her father Alvin Edmond Cozine; her grandparents, Bill and Mary Pomplitz; and her stepfathers, Ted Gortler and Martin King.

She is survived by : her husband Ronald Palmer; her mother Carol Ann Gortler; her sister Sherry Welter (Jeff); her nephew Bradley (Katie); her brother Brett King; her nieces and nephews, Alex, Dustin (Crystal), Todd Martin (Meagan) and Mara Cramer (Jeff Kuechle); her son Craig Millar (Michelle); her stepdaughters, Summer Morris (Aaron) and Dallas Lynne Rittinger (Richard); her grandchildren, Blake Millar, Brendan Morris, Tyler Morris, Kaylie Morris, Callaway Hill, Caeden Longley, Laci Rittinger and Cameron Longley; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Macy, Maya Welter, Emmett, Emma King, Tommy and Marcus; and also, Christian and Tyler Hill.
