He is survived by: his wife Myra Kuffel; his children, Shari Dummer and Doug Kuffel (Kennan); his grandsons, Nick Dummer, Peyton Kuffel and Spencer Kuffel; his sister Kathy Jacobs; his siblings-in-law, Ray Jacobs and Deloros Kaauwai; his sibling's children, Loke Kaauwai, Julie Chin (Kurt), Leo Kaauwai, Abe Kaauwai and Dennis Jacobs (Christy); his parents, Leonard Kuffel and Rose Kuffel; and also, Uncle Peter Isaiah and Aunt Ernie McClelland.
Donations can be made in his name to Elks Scholarship fund or Columbia County Christian School.
