It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Bryan Carter (Salem, Oregon), born in Albany, Oregon, who passed away on July 14, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Lingo and Wanda Lingo; his sister Diane Naegele-Huie; and his parents-in-law, Lola and Ray Tunnell.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Tunnell; his children, Sean Carter, Jason Carter, Michael Wolfe, Justin Bruns, Bill Bruns, Amanda Carter and David Bryan Carter, Jr.; and his siblings, Anita Carlson, Wynnette Gentemann of Salem, OR, Cheryl Taylor of Portland, OR and Michael Carter of Salem, OR. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
He was a devoted caretaker to his mother during her battle with Alzheimer's disease.
