She was predeceased by: her parents, James J. Chastain and Frances P. Chastain (Winter); her husband Willard Ray; and her son Dennis Cannady. She is survived by: her daughter Alana Grove of Salem, OR. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
