He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothea; his brothers, William Horn and Don Horn; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Walters, Geraldine Horn and Marie Horn.
He is survived by: his children, Kendall Horn of Sublimity, Rebecca Horn of West Linn and Priscilla Horn of Fairfield, CA; his grandson Austin Horn of Sublimity; and his sister Charlene Walters of Salina, OK. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
