He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Slater; his son Jerry Lee Slater (Heather); his grandchildren, Brandon and Megan of Canby; his daughter Carrie Ann Slater; his granddaughter Princess of Salem; and his siblings, Mike Slater, Marjorie Jackson, Winnie Briles and Sandy Ashley. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
