He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Richter and Mabel Richter; and his siblings, Alice, Ervine and Lawrence.
He is survived by: his spouses, Patricia Buck and Pat; his children, Julie (John) and Scott (Brandi); and his grandchildren, Josh, Tyler, Jordan and Miranda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
