He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Motejl and Marie Motejl; and his siblings, Russell Motejl and Marlene Haldors. He is survived by: his wife Laurie; his children, Abby Cundari (Christian) of Boston, MA, Sara Motejl (Thomas Driver) of Brooklyn, NY and Lucas Motejl of Warwick; his grandsons, Matteo and Nico; and his sisters-in-law, Robyn Pagano (Bert) and Kim Van Dillen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
