He is survived by: his pet Fred; his former wife Pam Forder; his wife Sharon O'Malley; his children, Dawn Sayles (Roger), Patrick O'Malley Jr., Shannon Dirks, Melissa Newberry (Jeff), Michael O'Malley (Nichole) and Colby Charlton (Mark); his grandchildren, Summer Ruegger, Jeff, John Sayles, Samantha Deegan O'Malley, Nicholas, Michael Dirks, Jacob, Justin Newberry, Taylor Koch, Presley, Vance O'Malley, Arleigh and Maddox Charlton; and his great grandchildren, Oliver, Aspen, Oakley Ruegger and Harriet Dirks. He is also survived by his siblings, children, stepchildren, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
