He was predeceased by : his parents, Edna Poulsen Hayball and Lowell Hayball; his former life partner Janice Maloy; his daughter-in-law Linda Hayball; and his parents-in-law, Les Maloy, John Amstad, Nelda Maloy and Helen Amstad.
He is survived by : his sister Mary Eileen; his wife Sally; his siblings, Lee Bond (Ian) and Dan; his sister-in-law Ann Amstad; his children, Barbie Phillips (Jeff), David Hayball, Robyn Simons (Rich), Adam Hayball (Jennifer) and Grant Hayball (Autumn); his grandchildren, Jasmine (Gabe), Britton, Jordan, Carley, Ethan, Ashton, Katelyn, Jack, Ryan, Logan, Elizabeth, Addy, Tyler and Sammy; and his great grandchild Violet.
