It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Raymond Jackson Sr. of Sandy, Oregon, who passed away on January 9, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, John C. Jackson and Tirzah A. Jackson (Miller). He is survived by : his wife Elvina June Burlingame; and his children, La Lonnie (Greg), Cris (Dean), Arlene (Alan), Teresa (Bob), Dawn and Andy Jr. (Kris). He is also survived by his grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Due to COVID-19, a memorial service will be held at a future date and time.
