He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Jackson and Tirzah A. Jackson (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Elvina June Burlingame; and his children, La Lonnie (Greg), Cris (Dean), Arlene (Alan), Teresa (Bob), Dawn and Andy Jr. (Kris). He is also survived by his grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
