Jay Foster touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As we bid adieu to Jay Foster's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Jay Foster has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Foster Woods II and Josiane Camile France Julliard (Julliard). He is survived by: his wife Tracie Marie Whitesell; his children, Tanner J. Woods, Nicholaus A. Mullin, Jayson F Woods and Andrew J. Woods; and his grandchildren, Lincoln, Scarlett and Sloane.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Veterans Park (52590 Captain Roger Kucera Way, Scappoose, OR 97056).
Memorial donations in Jay's memory may be made payable to Scappoose High School for their Baseball and Band programs.
