He was predeceased by: his father Jay Johnson of Siletz; and his sons, Raymond and Courtney Johnson of Siletz. He is survived by: his mother June Johnson of Siletz; his son Jeremy Johnson of Florida; his siblings, Rusty Johnson of Siletz, Bonnie and Anna Johnson; his fiancé Kellie Shannon; and his stepsons, Brandon and Daryl Wolfe of Siletz.
