We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Grace Philburn of Silverton, Oregon. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Philburn, III; her children, Larry Thomas, Sandy Morrison, Donna Toline, Debbie Myers, Patti Merrill, Virginia Philburn, Beverly Campbell and Ann Philburn; and her siblings, Joyce, Fred Anderson and Danny Babcock. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Humane Society in Grace's name.
