He is survived by: his wife Alice Matthews; and his children, Carla Barnes of Cottage Grove, OR, Guy A. Matthews and Sonya Matthews of Depot Bay, OR. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 1- step grandchild and 2 step great-grandchildren.
