He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Greg Sapp (Leslie), Sherelle Rokne (Steve) and Stephanie Ellis; his grandchildren, Jessica, Rachel, Cameron Rokne, Emma Powell and Ethan Powell; his great grandchild Oliver Waltz; and his siblings, Sharon Scates (Erskine), Collette Culver and Wallace Kent Sapp (Cindy).
