He was predeceased by: his siblings, Paul, Harland, Verne, Bernice, Ruth and Elva.

He is survived by: his children, Genevieve, Clarence, Gennie Hoelzer (Norm), Clare Buhler (Twila), Robin Brock (Roger), Tracy Buhler (Barb) and Melody Koons (Don). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and spouses, and 4 great grandchildren.

Memorial donations can be sent to Salt Creek Baptist Church Memorial Fund.
