She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Allen Davie and Lulu Mae Davie (Lewis); her great-great-grandparents, Reuben Lewis and Allen Davie; her brother Lewis Allen "Louie" Davie; and her stepmother Ellen Davie (Kerber).
She is survived by: her children, Brad Zolkoske (Pam Stacey), Ann Dunsworth (Tom) and Janet Morrison (Bob); her grandchildren, Austin Dunsworth, Morgan Chung (David), Alex Morrison, Katy Morrison and Corey Stacey; her husband David Zolkoske; and her stepsiblings, Jim Kerber and Sharon Kerber. She is also survived by her children and their spouses, her grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Stayton Food Bank in Sandra's honor.
