He is survived by: his pet Piper; his parent Donna Joyce Ray (Sturgis); his wife Deb Wilson; his children, Heather Rush and Shellie Reyes; his grandchildren, Shane Rush, Kelsie Rush, Maite Reyes-Ray, Julian Reyes-Ray, Jacobie Reyes-Ray, Adalie Reyes-Ray, Taylor Goodwin and Daniel Goodwin; and his sister Sanda Forbis.

Memorial contributions can be made in his name to the Albany VFW.
