She is survived by: her children, Frank Perry of Sweet Home, Ed Perry (Debbie) of Lebanon, Tim Dain (Shannon) of Lebanon, Deanna Perry of Sweet Home and Kimberly Dain-Clements of Caldwell Idaho. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
