He was predeceased by: his parents, Wily W Knighten Sr. and Donalda McGregor Knighten; his son Jock Knighten; his wife Renate Knighten; his stepchild Michaela Winkler; and his sister Anna Jean Miller.
He is survived by: his former wife Carol Dubois; his stepdaughter Jodi; his sons, Bill, Craig and Mark Holland; his granddaughter Jodi Malone; his great grandchild Matthew Malone; his stepgranddaughter Sabrina Schaller; his niece Laurie Miller; and also John Miller.
