It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas O Farrenkopf (Tigard, Oregon), born in Middle Village, New York, who passed away on November 17, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy; his parents, Frank and Theresa; and his brothers, Frank, Joseph and Edward.

He is survived by: his sister Terry Basedow; and his sons, Edward, Gregory, Joseph and Matthew. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
